What is the Flagstaff Adventure Boot Camp for Women?
A three-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training led by Kelcii Fisher, certified personal trainer for the past 10 years, registered dietitian, and currently pursuing her doctorate in the physical therapy program at NAU. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 am.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Where is the location we meet?
The Flagstaff Adventure Boot Camp meets at a local park in Flagstaff. Exact location will be given at your pre-camp evaluation.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every M/W/F for one hour during the three-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 am.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, hand weights (usually 5-10lbs), water bottle and running shoes.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each 3-week bootcamp has a registration choice of 2 days ($99) or 3 days ($149) per week. That's 9 hours of instruction for $16.55 per hour with TRX, BOSU, battle ropes and other pieces of equipment to help you reach your full potential! Personal trainers can typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
